This is a Speculative Design Project I completed on my year abroad studying in Melbourne, Australia. Fire-stick farming is an indigenous climate change combatting technique used to control the devastating impacts of forest fires on the environment. This product takes inspiration from traditional indigenous Australian agricultural techniques and introduces them into the domestic UK household. This spreads the need for global cooperation to combat climate change, educates british households about indigenous Australian heritage and minimises household  garden waste sent to landfill.
